The Giants will like to commission the league for a relocation to Portland, OR. We understand that there are two minor league teams in the area (Dodgers and Hops), but we would like to put a major league franchise in the City of Roses.
With this move, we are hoping to reach an agreement with the Dodgers franchise to help relocate their AAA to either the open Bay Area or to a city of their choice with a small financial contract.
